Borrowed Clothing from the Health Office

07/18/22, 4:48 PM

Lots of elementary students (and sometimes our middle school students) come to the health office for a change of clothing. This can be for various reasons such as getting accidently messy outside or during breakfast or lunch, bathroom accidents, and nosebleeds. I understand that parents are sometimes unable to come to school to drop off clothes so we happily loan out clothes when possible. I simply ask that the borrowed clothes are washed & returned to the clinic so we can continue to help all of our students throughout the school year. You may want to have your child keep a change of clothes in their back pack or in the clinic if they frequently need a change of clothes or are in ECE, Kindergarten, or 1st grade.

In order for us to help other children, please make sure to return borrowed clothing to the health office so it can be rewashed with hypoallergenic laundry detergent and returned into circulation.

Also, I am always seeking clothing donations of shirts, pants, shorts, skirts, and new/unworn underwear. Gently used shoes are welcome as well for students in need.

Currently the health office really needs boys and girls pants/shorts size 4/6/8/10/12 and brand new boys and girls underwear in those sizes as well.
