CDPHE COVID Vaccine Clinic - Feb 8th

Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) will be at Farrell B. Howell ECE-8 School on Tuesday, February 8th from 1 PM to 7 PM providing COVID-19 vaccines and boosters to anyone age 5 or older.

Parents/guardians can make an appointment for children 5-11 above; anyone age 12 or older must walk-in and complete paperwork at the event.

*We ask that parents make the appointment during a time in which you can come to school to walk your student through the clinic, we have limited staffing and will not be able to individually pull students from class to take them through the clinic. We appreciate your understanding and assistance.

If you are 12 or older and received your second dose of Pfizer/Moderna at least five months ago you are due for a third (booster) dose and should get one as soon as possible. Starting February 1st, students or staff who are not fully vaccinated AND boosted are subject to quarantine if exposed at school or in the community.
