Dear Farrell B. Howell ECE-8 School Families:

It is our priority to keep you informed of incidents related to safety. We want to make you aware of a few cases which have been reported regarding our school community:

• Today I was made aware of 3 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases among students or staff members which occurred over the winter break; as these individuals were not at school when they tested positive or considered contagious they  did not impact any families at Howell and these individuals were or are isolating following our new guidelines until they are considered no longer contagious.

If you have any concerns about your health, we encourage you to contact the Denver Health School Based Health Center at 303-602-8958 (or your primary care provider) for further evaluation and possible testing.

Please remember to report any positive cases of COVID within your household (especially students) or possible exposure to cases of COVID by calling me at 720-424-2746. I am here to provide you with the best information about when students should remain home and help ensure the health of our entire Howell family.
