Fire Drill Today

Today our fire alarm system alarmed unexpectedly. As always, our school team followed our normal safety plan by evacuating the building and Denver Fire Department arrived and assessed the situation. There was no fire or other hazard at the school, all students and staff are safe, this was a false alarm. We were notified that due to a surge of water pressure into our building's system from large scale plumbing work in the neighborhood a false alarm was triggered by our system.
