Literary Character Day

  Literary Character Day is Friday October 29th all day.  

 

This event is voluntary and it is a Parent Congress Fundraiser.

 Participation fee is $1.00.

 

• Students need to read a book from the school library or classroom library

• Participants dress up in a costume of their favorite literary character.

• Costumes cannot include any weapons or facsimile of weapons

• No scary clowns; revealing or risque' costumes; no gang, alcohol or drug affiliated symbols can be part of the costume

• Participants must wear the tag provided by Mrs. McQuinn indicating the name of their character and a quote from the book.

• Students wear their costumes to school and must be able to get in and out of them without assistance.

 

We are looking forward to your children participating in this event, so please help them plan their costume for Literary Character Day on Friday October 29th.
