In-person parent volunteers and community volunteers are welcome at Farrell B. Howell school. All volunteers must adhere to the following DPS COVID-19 Protocols for Volunteers:

1. You must pass a background check.
2. You must be vaccinated and have your proof of vaccination card on file with the school.
