High School Calendar & Upcoming Deadlines

In-Person Registration - July 24 

  • 9am- 2pm

  • Early bird registration is no longer open. If you need any in-person help with registration, please plan to come to the school on July 24. 

  • This will be the only day our staff will be available to help with Registration in person. Please plan to attend if needed!

 

New Student Academy

  • All "new to DSST" students are required to attend New Student Academy on June 6 & 7, from 8:30am-1:00pm

  • If you have a friend or family member that will be attending our school for the first time next year, please help spread the word about New Student Academy! We are hoping to have 93% attendance!

  • On Friday, June 7, we will host an Ice Cream Social for all new to DSST families at the end of New Student Academy

Announcements

Gardening - Fridays from 9-11am

  • If you are interested in helping with the Garden this summer, please email or text our Community Engagement Manager! 

  • We are partnering with ReVision Coop, and they will be on campus every other Friday, starting June 14 through the start of school in August!

  • June 14, June 28, July 12, July 26, August 9, August 23

Commún Denver 

City of Denver Youthworks Initiative

  • 14-21 year old youth sign up to work through this program, learning about different career paths.

  • Youth who complete 100 hours of work this summer receive $1,000.

  • Sign up between May 20 and June 30, 2024.

Wolfpack Athletic Updates

Announcement Topic:

  • Spring athletics uniforms due to the front office, coaches or Mr. Frey 

    • Please wash before returning. Small stains are acceptable.

    • $75 account fee for lost, unusable or unreturned jerseys.

  • Students interested in athletics should try to get their annual physical done in the summer.

    • Documentation of the physical is required before a student can tryout or practice.

    • This is especially important for fall sports: cross country, girls volleyball and boys soccer.

    • The required physical exam forms must be completed by your doctor and returned to the school.

    • Free physical exams are available to schedule at denverhealth.org/sbhc or by calling 303-602-8958

Community Engagement Updates

Family Working Group - Thursday, June 6, 9-11am

To celebrate our families and their work and dedication this year, we will be hosting a brunch on June 6th. Contact Rose.Martinez@scienceandtech.org if you can attend for more details.
