Schedule Change Information

Hello KNDLA Team & Family!
As we shared on January 22nd, beginning Monday February 5th we are making two exciting
shifts to support students at KNDLA!
Starting February 5th we launch both extended lunch and off campus lunch (for 11th and 12th
grade) AND we are launching schedule changes to ensure that ALL KNDLA students receive
instruction from a KNDLA teacher or Assistant Principal for Core Content classes. In order to
make the shifts in teachers we have adjusted and changed various student schedules.
New schedules will go into effect on Monday February 5th. ALL students received a
paper copy of their schedule today during their 7th Period class. If there is a change to
their schedule it will be reflected on their new schedule.
On Monday we will have additional administrative team members available in hallways to help
students navigate any schedule changes.
Given the number of schedule changes and our goal of ensuring that classroom sizes remain as
balanced as possible we will only be approving additional changes on a very limited basis. To
request a change please complete the google form linked here. Requests must be submitted
through the form and will only be approved due to credit requirements or other
extenuating circumstances.
As a reminder off campus lunch is open to students in 11th and 12th grade AFTER they have
submitted their signed permission slip. Permission slips must be signed by a legal guardian to be
valid. If your student did not receive a permission slip this week please have them pick one up
from the main office. Students MUST bring their KNDLA student ID every day for Off Campus
lunch, their orange lanyard will be provided on Monday upon completion of the permission slip.
We are excited to see you all of our students on Monday February 5th as we launch
new schedules AND extended / off campus lunch!
