Attached is a PDF version of a paper form that will be sent home tomorrow with choir members. It is regarding our Choral Festival field trip on February 21st. If you'd like to sign the paper copy and return it, that's fine, or you could send me a message regarding your child's permission to attend this Festival instead of sending back the paper.
