Make Up’s & Remediation Day: Friday, December 15th, 8:00 am - 1:30 pm

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to share important information regarding our efforts to support your student's success this semester and keep them on track for graduation. For scholars currently facing challenges in their classes, we are offering additional opportunities for support.

To address these concerns and provide the necessary assistance, we've organized the following:

Make Up’s & Remediation Day: Friday, December 15th, 8:00 am - 1:30 pm

If your child is currently failing any classes by Friday, December 8th, 2023, they will be required to attend school on Friday, December 15th. This day serves as a final opportunity for scholars to catch up on assignments and work towards passing their current courses for this semester. Please note that scholars who are not failing but wish to make up additional work are able to attend on Friday by invitation only from their teachers.

Here are the details:

Transportation: Provided in the morning with dismissal at 1:30 pm.
Meals: Both breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Notification: We will inform students and families by Friday, December 8th, if attendance on December 15th is required.

We want to emphasize that attendance on December 15th is mandatory only for scholars currently failing. If your student is on track and not failing any classes, while attendance is not mandatory, we encourage those who wish to attend on Friday, December 15th, to communicate their intention to the teachers they will be working with. This proactive communication will help us schedule them for the day and ensure a smooth process.
