Hello Bulldog Families!! It is hard to believe that we are already in our third full week of school. Our students did a great job with the first rounds of assessments last week and we are ready to dig into data to improve student skills over the next few months. We have some exciting things coming up over the next week. Our middle school and high school will both have their very first pep rallies of the season to introduce our fall sports players (boys soccer and volleyball), staff versus student competitions, and a special performance by our step team. We believe that joy and pride are a huge part of the student experience and it is a vital part of who we are as a community at Elevate! Is your family signed up for LiveSchool? LiveSchool is a platform used to track student behaviors during the school day. Staff, students, and families have access to see positive points earned for going above and beyond as well as logs for not meeting expectations. We have seen a tremendous investment from our students and encourage all of our families to download the app to stay informed on your student’s school day. Please reach out to your student’s advisor if you are in need of the code to access the LiveSchool platform. In an effort to create a safe and smooth dismissal process, we will no longer allow students to be picked up 30 minutes before dismissal time. 3:15pm will be the cutoff for any families wishing to do so. This will give the front office time to receive accurate attendance from teachers, code attendance for changes, and overall create less distractions to classrooms during those last minutes of the school day. This new policy will go into effect on Monday, September 18th. We appreciate your continued support!
