Director's Note

Hello, Bulldog Families and Happy New Year,

We hope that everyone had a great holiday break and found some time to enjoy family and friends. We are excited to be back in this new year and are ready to finish the second half of the year strong! Both middle and high school will be engaging in testing next week. Middle school students will take their next rounds of ANET testing and high school will take their Winter PSAT. Both tests are important as students and teachers will be able to measure academic growth since Fall. These results will inform where students may be excelling and how teachers can better support in others areas moving forward.

As with any testing, we encourage students to get a good night’s rest, eat a healthy breakfast, and take their time on each portion of their test to ensure they score their best!

Also, as a reminder, we want to respect our neighboring businesses in the community and ask that you do not park in their parking lots or use them for waiting during arrival or dismissal times. Please use our parking lot or street parking if you arrive early.

Hola familias de Bulldog y feliz año nuevo,

Esperamos que todos hayan tenido unas excelentes vacaciones y hayan encontrado tiempo para disfrutar de la familia y los amigos. ¡Estamos emocionados de estar de regreso en este nuevo año y estamos listos para terminar la segunda mitad del año con fuerza! Tanto la escuela secundaria como la preparatoria participarán en las pruebas la próxima semana. Los estudiantes de secundaria tomarán sus próximas rondas de exámenes ANET y los de preparatoria tomarán su PSAT de invierno. Ambas pruebas son importantes ya que los estudiantes y maestros podrán medir el crecimiento académico desde el otoño. Estos resultados informarán dónde pueden sobresalir los estudiantes y cómo los maestros pueden apoyar mejor en otras áreas en el futuro.

Al igual que con cualquier prueba, alentamos a los estudiantes a que descansen bien por la noche, tomen un desayuno saludable y se tomen su tiempo en cada parte de la prueba para asegurarse de obtener su mejor puntaje.

También como recordatorio, queremos respetar a nuestros negocios vecinos en la comunidad y pedirles que no se estacionen en sus estacionamientos ni los usen para esperar durante las horas de llegada o salida. Utilice nuestro estacionamiento o el estacionamiento en la calle si llega temprano.
