| Middle School & High School Attendance Letter
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we work together to support your students' education, we want to highlight one of the most powerful drivers of their success: consistent school attendance.
Every day your student is in class, they gain more than just academic knowledge. They build strong habits, connect with peers and mentors, and actively prepare for their future careers or higher education. Regular attendance directly correlates with higher grades, better standardized test scores, and a stronger sense of belonging within our school community.
Conversely, when students miss school regularly—whether excused or unexcused—it creates significant hurdles. Continued truancy makes it incredibly difficult for students to keep up with assignments, leading to academic frustration and falling grades. Over time, chronic absenteeism can significantly lower graduation rates and may limit your student's future options.
We know that barriers to attendance happen, and we are here to help. If your student is facing challenges that make it difficult to get to school on time every day, please reach out to us. We want to partner with you to find solutions and ensure your student has the support they need to thrive.
Thank you for your continued partnership in making your student's education a priority.
Sincerely,
Randy Pfost. M.ED. Frontier Academy Assistant Principal pfostr@frontieracademy.net 970-339-9153 ext 1161 | Frontier Academy Online Clothing Stores
