Secondary Parent/Teacher Conferences via ZOOM
Wednesday & Thursday
February 14th and 15th
4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
To participate, you must sign up using the Sign Up Genius links by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, February 11th. All links will be closed by Monday morning.
You will receive a link to your Zoom meeting with each teacher ahead of the conference time. If you don't see an email with the link, check your Spam folder.
These Zoom link emails usually come via Sign Up Genius and not from the teacher email accounts.
If it is more helpful to meet in person, teachers are available to meet after school throughout the year, by appointment only.
Please work with individual teachers to arrange a meeting time.

SAT with Essay Registration

📍Location: Secondary school
In April, juniors will undergo the digital SAT at school, they have the opportunity to register for the OPTIONAL Essay.
Students must register for the essay by February 15. Speak to Mrs. Scribbick to register.
Students not interested in taking the essay will be automatically registered to take the standard SAT and no further action is required.

👚 Lost & Found 🧤
Donations will be made on the third Monday of every month.
For parents wishing to claim items from the lost and found, please check in at the front office and present an ID.
A convenient time to check is between 3:00 and 3:15, just before students are dismissed for the day.
📍Elementary Volunteer Orientation📍
Volunteer orientation sessions are available at OPT meetings held on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. in the elementary school library or on Wednesdays at 8 a.m.
If you plan to attend the Wednesday session at 8 a.m., kindly bring a valid ID and check in at the front office.
It is mandatory to complete volunteer orientation each school year. Ensure that the visitor form is submitted 24 hours before your intended visit.
